Postal service statistics describe the postal services sector with regard to infrastructure, operators, and traffic volume.
About the statistics
The study on postal services is carried out in collaboration between Transport Analysis, Statistics Sweden (SCB) and the National Post and Telecom Agency on behalf of Transport Analysis and aims to shed light on postal activities in Sweden.
Unfortunately, there is a loss of certain information when publication for 2020 is made on 16 June 2021. When the information comes to Traffic Analysis, an update will be made.

Transport Analysis is appointed by the government to be responsible for official statistics in the areas of transport and communications.
There is a distinction in Sweden between official statistics and other public statistics. Official statistics are statistics that are produced according to the statistical act and ordinance and published as required by official regulations.
