Here you'll find information about how we process the personal data that is collected by our web site.

What is personal data?

Personal data is all kind of information that directly or indirectly can be connected to a natural person. For example: name, personal number, postal address and e-mail address. In the Personal Data Act (PuL 1998:204) there are rules for how personal data can be processed.

The purpose of the data processing

Trafikanalys processes personal data that has been collected via our web sites when:

  • you are applying to our courses, conferences and other events that are arranged by Trafikanalys
  • you subscribe to web content via e-mail
  • you are applying for a job or a practical placement via the web site

The right to request personal data

In accordance with the 26:th paragraph of the Personal Data Act you have the right to once per calendar year request information about your own personal data that is processed by Trafikanalys, weather the data has been collected by the web site or in an other way. If you want to get that kind of information, you should send a signed application to us. The application must, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, be written on a paper, and can not be sent by e-mail.

Your right to demand a correction

In accordance with the 28:th paragraph of the Personal Data Act you have the right to demand a correction if the authority has processed your personal data incorrectly.
